At Ricoh Imaging, we stand behind the precision of our cameras and lenses; if you are not completely satisfied, you may return your product within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. All returned items must be in original packaging with all included accessories and documentation to qualify for processing.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Package the Product
Carefully pack the camera or accessory in its original manufacturer box, ensuring all cables, batteries, and manuals are included to avoid restocking fees.
Affix Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your shipping carton, clearly marking the RMA number.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our technicians inspect the hardware to verify its condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your replacement within 5-7 business days.
